About Aro Recruitment
We provide temporary staffing support for hotels, restaurants, events, and retail businesses across London. Our focus is simple: to supply reliable, professional, and prepared people who can step into busy working environments and support the team from the get go.
Aro Recruitment was started by Hemant Arora and Vanshita Girdhar, who both have hands-on experience in the industries we recruit for. Hemant comes from a hospitality background, and Vanshita brings strong experience in luxury retail.
We started Aro Recruitment because we know what it feels like to run a shift short-staffed. We also know the difference between someone who simply turns up and someone who is properly trained and ready to work.
We are not just recruiters placing names into shifts. We are industry professionals who understand the standards, pressure, and expectations of hospitality and retail. That is what makes us different.

At Aro Recruitment, we personally train our staff using a hands-on approach based on our own industry experience, to ensure they perform confidently on shift.
Our temporary staff are guided on the key standards businesses expect, including presentation, guest and customer interaction, and role-specific expectations.
